I booked Robinson to come out to my elderly mother's place to clean out her dryer duct. The technician spent time climbing on the roof where the vent was located, and used cameras to peer inside. He also pulled out the dryer and removed the flexible hose to show me how 50 years of accumulation had caused the duct to become clogged, and there was also a water issue. He stated that instead of paying for a cleaning, we should use that money to replace the entire duct. Having worked with ducts a bit in my past, I know that this is what I would have ended up doing had I fixed this myself. I truly appreciate Robinson's professionalism and work.

Even though we had gotten our ducts cleaned from another company within the last couple of years, we were noticing a lot of dust in our home and on our return vent covers.
